Alternate Foreign Affairs Minister Miltiadis Varvitsiotis will travel to Skopje on Thursday for a two-day official visit, invited by Deputy Prime Minister for European Affairs of North Macedonia Nikola Dimitrov. Statements to the press will follow after Varvitsiotis' meeting with Dimitrov.
The Greek minister is also scheduled to meet with Foreign Affairs Minister Bujar Osmani.
On Friday, Varvitsiotis will discuss North Macedonia's European perspective and developments in the Western Balkans with Prime Minister Zoran Zaev, along with bilateral issues related to the economy and energy.
