Greece will be testing its Civil Protection emergency alert systems on Tuesday, with sirens sounding at 11:00 and 11:05 am throughout Greece.
The test is in the context of the military exercise "Parmenion 21". Both siren alarms will last 60 seconds each, with the first one sounding intermittently and at varying levels and the second one continuously and at consistent level.
Parmenion 21, a national interdisciplinary and large-scale defense exercise, began on September 24 and will conclude on October 1 (Friday to Friday).
