Unvaccinated Metropolitan of Aetolia died with COVID-19 days after his sisters death

The unvaccinated Metropolitan of Aetolia and Acarnania Kosmas reposed after battling with COVID-19.

Metropolitan Kosmas was admitted to the hospital of Agrinio on December 1 when his health condition severely deteriorated.

After 25 days in the ICU of Evangelismos in Athens, he was intubated and his condition remained stable but critical.

The 76-year-old Metropolitan had also undergone a tracheostomy, while his oxygen had improved.

His sister, who also died with COVID-19 a few days ago, was also unvaccinated.
