Russian billionaire Dmitry Rybolovlev is planning to spend an additional 235 million euros on his privately owned Skorpios island in western Greece to include an art gallery in the luxury tourist development he is building, Kathimerini understands. The extra cost will bring the overall investment to 400 million euros. The gallery will house part of his extensive art collection that includes works by Pablo Picasso and Mark Rothko.
